Find your order in three steps
- Open your account. Select “View My Orders” above.
- Sign in securely. Enter your checkout email address and the verification code sent to your inbox.
- Choose your order. Open the order to see its status and any available tracking details.
Need a hand?
No tracking yet? Tracking appears when shipment details are available. You can also use the “View your order” link in your order confirmation email.
Can’t find your order or sign-in code? Check your spam folder and make sure you’re using the same email address you entered at checkout.
Still need help? Contact Spot Studio with your order number, if you have it. Never share your sign-in code.
